Estos paneles construidos con <strong>materiales fotocatal\u00edticos<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas de impresi\u00f3n 3D incluir\u00e1 un sistema de acumulaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, sensores para la monitorizaci\u00f3n y una aplicaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n, desde la cual el usuario pueda monitorizar la salud de las plantas y la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda.<\/p><p>La tecnolog\u00eda de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda utilizada por FloraVoltaica se basa en el proceso de fotos\u00edntesis de la planta, llamada tecnolog\u00eda biofotovoltaica. El excedente de materia org\u00e1nica generado por las plantas durante el proceso de fotos\u00edntesis se transfiere al suelo a trav\u00e9s de sus ra\u00edces, lo que genera todo un <strong>ecosistema de microorganismos<\/strong> que liberan electrones. Dichos electrones se recolectan mediante electrodos generando electricidad.
